Are there any weight restrictions for excursions?
Yes, different excursions have specific weight limits:
- ATVs: 230 lbs
- Bamboo River Rafting: 550 lbs (max. 2 persons per raft)
- Horseback Riding: 230 lbs
- Zip Lining: 265 lbs
- River Tubing: 300 lbs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Debit cards, Cash APP & Zelle.
Can I book a tour once I arrive in Jamaica?
Yes, you can, but we highly recommend booking in advance atleast 1 – 2 weeks before to secure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.
Do I need to have experience to do things like ATV riding or kayaking?
Not at all! Our tours are beginner-friendly. You’ll receive a safety briefing and basic instructions before the activity begins, and our guides will be with you every step of the way.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
For weather-dependent experiences (like drone photography or horseback riding), we will reschedule at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll offer a refund or switch you to an indoor-friendly tour if available.
Are the tours child-friendly or family-friendly?
Yes, many of our experiences are perfect for families. Some tours have age restrictions, but we offer lots of options suitable for kids, teens, and multi-generational families. Let us know your group type, and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Do you offer travel insurance or recommend any coverage?
We don’t provide travel insurance directly, but we strongly recommend that all guests get basic travel insurance that covers excursions, cancellations, and health emergencies, especially for more adventurous activities.
Can I do more than one tour in a single day?
Only combo packages are designed to be done in one day. If you want to do single tours in one day, it’s usually not possible to combine them on the same day due to the distance and travel time between locations.
Can you provide beachwear, water shoes, or accessories if we forget ours?
While we recommend bringing your own, we can assist with rentals or purchases for water shoes, flowy dresses (for photoshoots), or other basic accessories upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to the scheduled tour will not attract any fees, however, if payment is made in full, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Willo’s Prestige Tours within the applicable timeframe to qualify for a refund.
