We offer free transportation for most major hotels, villas, and Airbnbs located within Montego Bay.

Staying Outside Montego Bay?

Transportation is available at an additional cost for locations outside the Montego Bay area.

The following hotels are not in Montego Bay and require additional transport fees:

Cancellation Policy

Willo’s Prestige Tours – Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To serve you better, please review our updated cancellation terms:

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to the scheduled tour will not attract any fees, however, if payment is made in full, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
⁠All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Willo’s Prestige Tours within the applicable timeframe to qualify for a refund.
