1. Tour Bookings & Limitations

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Only combo tours are feasible within a single day due to logistics and travel time between locations. Single location tours must be booked separately for different days.
• Bookings must be confirmed via email or phone. Incomplete or unpaid reservations are not considered confirmed.
• Final confirmation may include itinerary, timing, pickup details, and specific terms based on the tour package selected.

2. Visitor Conduct

By using our Site or services, you agree:

• Not to misuse the Site in a way that could harm, overload, or impair our servers or interfere with others’ experience.
• Not to transmit any harmful or disruptive code (e.g., viruses, malware).

11. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Cancellations made 48hrs or more prior to the scheduled tour will not attract any fees, however, if payment is made in full, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
• ⁠All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Willo’s Prestige Tours within the applicable timeframe to qualify for a refund.
